Kelsey's Restaurant

I went today with my best friend to this Kelsey's in Stratford, I have been there before and always have had a nice service and the food is good but today the waitress was very very rude with us since the beginning. I was undecided about what to drink and she said YOU KNOW WHAT? I 'm going to give you extra time for think what do you want, then when she back with my ice tea she said in a rude way HERE IT IS YOU ICE TEA WITHOUT ICE!! She yelled to us when we ask her to repeat the what kind of dressing salad they have. She talked to us in very bad manners and even with gestures without reason. We were astonished! When she brought our food she served the wrong soup to my friend and when my friend talked to her she yelled again and said what your order???, ok, ok, I know I have to change the soup. After that another costumer sat near to us and she was so nice with them and even change her manners with us and started to talk to us very kind. WHAT IS THIS? HOW PEOPLE WITHOUT GOOD MANNERS CAN WORK IN A RESTAURANT? I THINK SHE DID NOT LIKE US BECAUSE SHE NOTICE THAT WE ARE NOT CANADIANS CAUSE OUR ACCENT BUT OUR ENGLISH IS GOOD ENOUGH AND UNDERSTANDING. IN 9 YEARS I HAVE HAD IN CANADA I HAVE NEVER BE TREATED LIKE TODAY. THAT WAITRESS TREAT US WORSE THAN SOME PEOPLES TREAT ANIMALS. IF THAT WAITRESS DOESN'T LIKE IMMIGRANTS WHAT IS SHE DOING WORKING IN A RESTAURANT? PEOPLE WORKING WITH COSTUMERS SUPPOSE TO BE KIND WITH ALL COSTUMERS . EVERYBODY HERE IN CANADA HAD FOREIGN BACKGROUND BECAUSE THE FIRST SETTLEMENT WERE EUROPEANS BUT MANY CANADIANS THEY JUST FORGOT THAT OR THEY JUST DON'T WANT REMEMBER IT. MY FRIEND AND I DID NOT ENJOY THE LUNCH. WE FELT VERY DISAPPOINTED. AT THE END WHEN WE PAID THE WAITRESS SAID HAVE A WONDERFUL DAY LADIES IN NICE MANNER BUT WHEN SHE WALKED A FEW METRES SHE SAID IN A CONTEMPTUOUS MANNER YEAH! A WONDERFUL DAY!. I LOVE CANADA BECAUSE THE MULTICULTURALISM AND THE OPPORTUNITIES BUT NOT BODY DESERVE BE TREATED HOW I WAS TODAY SPECIALLY BECAUSE I'M VERY NICE AND A WELL EDUCATED PERSON AND MY FRIEND IS SAME. I WANTED ASK FOR THE MANGER OF THE RESTAURANT AND FILLED A COMPLAIN BUT MY FRIEND DIDN'T LET ME DO IT. SHE JUST WANT LEAVE THAT PLACE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. HOPE NO SEE THAT WAITRESS AGAIN THERE.
